When PCI came in we had no real system to speak of. PCI developed and implemented a program that allowed us focus on meeting the needs of our customers. They manage this program so that our facility can concentrate on manufacturing. PCI handles all our calibration needs and the compliance issues associated with it so we put our efforts in other areas of our business.
