Our History
Since 1996, PCI has been providing Life Science Industry with high-quality equipment and instrument services. PCI has developed teams to support efficient delivery of comprehensive technological solutions in Calibration (Process Equipment Services, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Services, Metrology Services), Commissioning and Consulting Services. We develop and support unique, intricate, and adaptable support that allows our clients to successfully respond to business opportunities, ensure the reliability of their processes, and maximizes clients' return on investment.
Our Quality Management System ensures ongoing improvements in training and approaches. We provide customers with detailed, custom reports, and we review the reporting needs of each client as the relationship develops.
In 2016, PCI joined the FCX Performance family of companies. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio and providing product solutions and services throughout the United States, FCX is the leading provider of process flow control solutions.
In 2019, Rodney Perkins took the helm as president of PCI. Rodney has been an integral team member of PCI since 1999. Under Rodney's leadership, PCI has continued to expand nationally and today delivers high quality, value-add Calibration, Commissioning, & Consulting services coast to coast.
PCI’s offices were strategically added in order to provide the biopharmaceutical community with flexible, responsive, quality service. PCI’s headquarters is in Raleigh, North Carolina, with Associates in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boulder, Boston, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Philadelphia and Gaithersburg. In addition to support offices, the headquarters houses a state of the art training center and an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited Metrology Laboratory.
