Technology Transfer Management for Manufacturing

We take very seriously our client’s goals in the critical stages of transferring “manufacturing know-how” from one site to another. We can assist clients that have critical internal projects, as well as clients that heavily rely on external third party manufacturers at any stage in the lifecycle of a product, but particularly in the mid/late clinical and commercial stages of a product.  Based on specific needs, PCI is able to customize a value-added approach that may entail strategic expertise, project execution, third party auditing services or/and staff augmentation.

PCI has the expertise to manage technology transfers to other sites including Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO). We use a combination of strong project management, technical knowledge and manufacturing expertise as needed to bring projects to successful completion.
